Who needs to wait until the weekend to get their dance on? Midweek partying just got a healthy dose of glamour with the new “Burn Out Wednesdays” going down at Lumen Nightclub in the Fulton Market District. The weekly dance party features rotating DJs and guest performers. Take advantage of the drink specials, but don’t get too tipsy — most of us have to work the next day!
When you want to learn something, it’s always good to go to the master. Nacional 27‘s mixologist Adam Seger definitely fits the bill when it comes to making creative cocktails, so every third Thursday of the month, learn from one of the best at the restaurants Happy Hour Cocktail Class. For $15 you get instruction, passed appetizers and recipe cards so you can practice at home. Now that’s what we call homework!
Thanks to Lincoln Park Young Professionals for letting us crash their party at the Blackstone Hotel. Check out their Web site for more information on their next event.
