Chicago’s Radhika “Rad” Desai, executive chef of Wicker Park’s Between Boutique Cafe & Lounge, began her quest for “Top Chef” fame Wednesday night on Season 5 of Top Chef on Bravo. I interviewed her last night, so look for that in a future 24/7 Chicago segment. Hopefully “Rad” can make it two in a row for Chicago female chefs winning the show.
