Candace Collins Jordan is a former actress and model who has lent her extensive industry knowledge to a number of prestigious organizations throughout Chicago. Candace was Playboy Playmate in December 1979, Chicago Playboy Bunny of the Year and a four-time Playboy covergirl. She modelled all over the world with the famous Wilhelmina Model Agency in New York and even had her own billboard in Times Square for JVC. Candace is the former fashion editor of Today’s Chicago Woman (TCW) magazine and currently sits on the developmental board for PAWS Chicago, is a member of the Parkways Foundation and serves as an executive board member for both the Joffrey Ballet and Common Threads. This year, Candace chaired the Joffrey’s Couture & Cocktails event, co-chaired the Service Club Ball and served as a contributor to the Department of Cultural Affairs’ Fashion Focus 2008. On March 23rd, she will be co-chairing the Common Thread's World Festival.
