After Marcus spoke with one of the co-owners of Totally Vegan, he gave us some of the meals to sample. I’m not normally the vegan type, but it was awesome. I’d definitely suggest the sunflower seed pate, the raw carrot salad, the lasagna and the spinach quiche. But after he started talking about how much weight he’s lost, and how low his cholesterol is since he changed his eating habits, I knew we had to interview him again.
