One of the first things that grabbed my attention when first walking into the festival was the Planet Green booth. There were two cyclists whose bikes were hooked up to a generator that converted their energy into electricity,which in turn powered the IMac they were using for the exhibit. You know I couldn’t just stand by and watch them have all the fun so I jumped on one of the other bikes to see if I could light all three of the bulbs they had set up. Most people could only light two, watch the video and see how I did. Beyond the bikes, the booth actually was set up to promote the launch of Planet Green, Planet Green is the first network to have an all green lineup to promote a more eco-conscious lifestyle for all, they even have a green cooking show hosted by one of my favorite celebrity chefs, Emeril Lagasse.
