Art “Chat Daddy” Sims, NBC5 Street Team
Last Wednesday evening many Chicagoans, celebrities and everyday people came out in full force to an evening of KARMA at the 4th Annual Ludacris Foundation Benefit Dinner & Casino Night that was held at the Atlanta Apparel Mart. Karma is believed to be a sum of all that an individual has done, is currently doing and will do.
The evening was to honor three very special individuals who are doing their part in making a difference in the lives of others: Bishop Eddie Long, Cathy Hughes and Russell Simmons. The Ludacris Foundation (TLF) was established in December of 2001 and is centered in making a positive difference in the lives of youth. Founded by Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, William Engram and Chaka Zulu have taken advantage of their celebrity status by so generously giving and for setting the perfect example of connecting with our youth aids in building stronger families and communities.
