Looptopia: Exquisite Ceramique

Harold Washington College is playing host to multiple visual arts projects tonight.

Exquisite Ceramique is a sequence of tiles, each designed by an individual artist, joined by common score marks so that when finished, the tiles will fit together in one collaborative piece. The final piece will be glazed and on display after the event.

Just a few feet away, Looptopians are all welcome to collaborate in one giant mural. Paint and brushes are supplied to anyone interested, and everyone is having a blast making their mark on their masterpiece.

I’m not sure that my green blog was much of a reflection on my artistic ability, but I had to move to get on to my next Looptopia event. I’ll let you know how that goes soon!
