Hard rockin’ band, Winger, who had a prolific amount of hits in the 80′s is back with their first new cd in fourteen years and a U.S. tour. Winger ‘IV’ is available and is a terrific collection of new material that has layers of melodies that will take the listener many times over to truly get the depth of these compositions. I like music like that. This cd is ambitiously dedicated to our troops abroad, which is apparent by the thought provoking lyrics and cd cover art.
Tonight (2/18), Winger brings their act to the House of Blues. Being a loyal fan, I’ve gotten the chance to meet these Rock Stars and have been happy to find out they are down to earth nice guys. If you don’t catch them at the show tonight, they will be on the XM Satelite station ‘The Boneyard’ tomorrow (2/19) at 12:00pm and replayed at 12:00am. You’ll also find them on the Mancow show on Tuesday morning. You can catch the Mancow show on the internet through the Cable Radio Network website (go to the right side of the page to find the Mancow link during show hours).
